Sugar cookies

To make sugar cookies, you will need the following set of products:

  • 3 cups flour;
  • 0,5 pack of softened butter;
  • 1 cup sugar;
  • 2 eggs (one whole, the second - only the yolk);
  • 1,5 teaspoon of baking powder to the test;
  • 0,3 teaspoon salt;
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (or a pack of vanilla);
  • 0,5 teaspoon lemon extract (or the juice of half a lemon).

Method of preparation:

Mix flour, salt and baking powder.Add the butter and beat until creamy.Then add a little more than a half cups of sugar, lemon and vanilla extracts.Beat for 1 minute.Whisk the egg and egg yolk, add the mixture to the dough.Stir until the dough until it becomes homogeneous.

Shape the dough sausage, wrap with cling film and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.After this time, heat the oven to 180 degrees.
