Fried potatoes with mushrooms


  • 1 kg of honey agaric;
  • a half teaspoon of salt;
  • 2 onions (100 g);
  • 800 g of potatoes;
  • 40 ml of vegetable oil;

  • 300 g sour cream (a little more than one glass).


Clean the mushrooms, place them in a pan in salted water.Place over medium heat, bring to a boil.Since the boiling cook for another 10-12 minutes, then drain the water.Chop the mushrooms into 2-3 pieces.If you wish, you can chop the mushrooms very finely, then eventually get something like a mushroom sauce with sour cream.
