- 0,5 kg of cottage cheese;

Cottage cheese, half cup sugar, eggs and vanilla until thoroughly rub smooth mass without lumps.
In a large bowl, sift the flour, chop with a knife to the soft butter, add the baking soda, a cup of sugar and a pinch of salt.Then grind the ingredients hands in flour crumb.
On the bottom half of the circular shape sprinkle flour crumbs, gently flatten hands.Then lay out the cheese filling, spread it evenly with a spoon.Top pour the remaining half of flour crumbs.
Bake the pie at 220 degrees for 25 minutes until golden brown.
After cooling, cut into portions and serve tea.
