Frozen yogurt with berries

This miracle has yogurt lactic acid bacteria, so useful for the organism.It has a low calorie and fat content, so it will not harm the figure.And as a supplement, you can pick any of your favorite berries or fruits - that is what pleases you.In short, not a dessert, and a real pleasure!

Ingredients:

  • 0,5 liters of natural plain yogurt (3.2% fat);
  • 300 g frozen berries - strawberries, raspberries (2 cups);
  • 50 grams of sugar or honey (4 tablespoons).

Preparation:

Wash fresh or thaw frozen berries.Grind them in a blender, add sugar or honey and yogurt, whisk.

Pour the mixture into a mold (can be small "baby" cups) and put in the freezer for 2 hours.Do their own thing, and after two hours, remove the dessert and then chop the blender.Frostbitten dessert freeze again for 1.5-2 hours.
