Corn bread with apples and raisins

You will need:

bread:
  • egg whites - 2 pcs.
  • skimmed milk - Article 1.5.
  • applesauce - Article 0.5.
  • corn flour - 2 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp
For the filling:
  • celery - 2 stalks (cut)
  • large onion - 1 pc.(cut)
  • fresh parsley chopped - 2 tbsp
  • dried thyme - 1 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • golden raisins - 1 tbsp.
  • dry sherry - 1/4 Art.(optional)
  • defatted broth - 2 tablespoons.
Method of preparation:

cornbread:

Preheat oven to two hundred degrees.Lubricate dvadtsatisantimetrovuyu square baking dish.In medium-sized bowl, thoroughly mix the egg white, skimmed milk and applesauce.Combine remaining dry ingredients and add to the already mass produced.Stir until a smooth consistency and pour the resulting batter into prepared pan.Bake until cooked (about fifteen minutes).Remove from oven and let cool.

Grease the pan with oil and fry the onion and celery until soft.Add spices, remove the vegetables from the he
at and transfer to a large bowl.There also put the raisins, apples and slices of corn bread.Stir broth and sherry and bake in a closed mold, previously buttered.If stuffing seems dry, add more broth.Near the end of cooking, remove the dish with a lid to form a brown crust.

If you prefer cornmeal, replace it one cup plain flour.
