recipe for pickled cucumber noodles
- 1 kg of cucumbers;
- 1 tbsp.teaspoon salt;
- 1/2 tsp. Sugar;
- 1 pod hot pepper;
- garlic to taste;
- horseradish leaves, currants.
Cucumbers wash well and cut off the ends.Put them in a large container.Garlic and Pepper peel and cut into several pieces, then add to the cucumbers with salt and remaining ingredients, mix well.The water need not be added.Put cucumber and spices in a vacuum container and leave for a few hours.At the end of allotted time, remove the pickles from the container, wipe off the excess with a paper towel and remove the salt in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Quick cucumbers ready!
