Fried mushrooms: recipe

Ingredients:

  • 600 g of fresh honey agaric;

Preparation

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 100 ml of a 33-percent fat cream;
  • 3 tbsp.l.20 percent of sour cream;
  • 1 onion;
  • 100 g of cheese;
  • vegetable oil;
  • salt, ground black pepper.

Preparation
