To make a real Christmas cake with edible snowflakes, you will need:
- cake base (bake your favorite option with any number of cakes and tiers, for example, chocolate cake ),
- a lot of white cream(any cream - it may be a vanilla cream, butter cream cheese such as mascarpone, sour cream - in general, any),
- coconut or coconut flakes,
- edible glitter gel,
- transparent isomalt (a sugar substitute).

Our cake will be a lot of different decorations, "snow angel" transparent icicles, edible snowflakes and snowballs.It is not necessary to do everything, choose what you like best.
How to decorate a Christmas cake
1. Liberally coat the cake with white icing basis. Especially a lot of glaze must remain at the top of the cake.
2. At the top of the cake will be "snow angel".To do this with a spoon gently on the surface of the cake five "dimples" as if it was lying in the

3. Grind coconut meat combine or take a ready-made coconut flakes and a generous sprinkle of cake.
4. To decorate the cake with snowballs, gather surplus cakes from the cake, chop them and add to them a spoonful or two of the glaze to get a "dough."Roll a few balls, freeze them in a refrigerator, and get covered in icing and coconut flakes.
5. Time to get icicles to decorate the sides of the New Year cake.
